INSIDE THE BOXSCORE
Despite outshooting the Pride, Pfeiffer fell in overtime when Greensboro's Natalie Habich slipped one inside the near post after being deflected, earning the golden goal win in Pfeiffer's first home match of the season.

The Falcons had several quality chances throughout the match, with senior Dayanna Riera (Bronx, N.Y.) logging three shots on the afternoon.  Chloe Johnson (Fort Mill, S.C.) and Julia Hayes (Waxhaw, N.C.) also had a shot each, as did graduate student Cayci Eaton (Harrisburg, N.C.).

Senior Jessica Vazquez nearly scored late in the first half when her chance from 10-yards out sailed over the crossbar.  Fellow senior Tracy Torrez (Orlando, Fla.) also had a chance late in the match that was handled with ease by Greensboro goalkeeper Lindsay Fox.

Pfeiffer goalkeeper Britney Levy (Eustis, Fla.) made six saves on the afternoon, including a great diving stop to her right to keep the match scoreless in the 77th minute.
