Focus on building muscle and flexibility with a little cardio after a tough season. The main objective is to repair the body from the wear and tear of in season events.
TAIL-END OF SEASON TO PRE-SEASON
Focus on strength, power, and mobility. The main objective is to produce functional strength/speed for your specific sport.
Endurance Sports: Focus on muscular endurance and power. The main objective is to be able to generate an adequate amount of force for a longer period with minimal rest.
IN-SEASON
Focus on maintaining pre-season training goal with more emphasis on recovery.
