Pfeiffer Women's Track and Field Takes Second at USA South Outdoor Championship

Concord, N.C. (April 27, 2024) – The Pfeiffer University women's track and field team earned a second-place finish at the USA South Outdoor Track and Field Championships held at Jay M. Robinson High School in Concord, N.C.

Pfeiffer had a pair of athletes win three USA South event championships.  Senior Madison Lowery took home the 5,000 and 10,000m titles while freshman Maddie Hladik won the 3000m steeplechase on day one of the meet.

In all, Pfeiffer had 11 podium finishes on the meet, finishing with 115 team points.
