MISENHEIMER, N.C. (Sept. 6, 2024) --The Pfeiffer University volleyball team dropped a 3-0 (13-25, 20-25, 13-25) decision to Carolina University on Friday afternoon Merner Gym.

The non-conference setback moved Pfeiffer to 2-3 on the season.

Junior Haedyn McGrath finished with six kills on the day to lead the Falcons attack while finishing with a hitting percentage of .286. Defensively, the Falcons got six digs from junior Gabby Edwards along with five blocks from fellow junior Faith Miller..

SET 1 | The Falcons fell behind early, losing a tough first set 25-13. Pfeiffer trailed by as many as 12 points as grabbed the advantage for good at 3-2 in a set that was tied up just once before the took control.
