Charlotte, N.C. (Sept. 3, 2025) - Visiting Pfeiffer University had four players secure seven kills each in the Falcons' 3-0 volleyball road sweep of Johnson & Wales University on Wednesday evening at the WIldcat Center in Charlotte.
As a team, Pfeiffer hit for a .342 percentage while limiting JWU to a -.014 output. Pfeiffer had four players achieve seven kills on the night, with
Haedyn McGrath leading the way finishing with a .455 hitting percentage. Teammates
Gabi Gama,
Faith Miller, and
Madison Tate also coming away with seven finishers. Â
Pfeiffer also managed 11 aces on the night, with
Karmen Rion having four. Defensively, The Falcons managed 12 block assists, with Tate having four to go along with one solo block.
The win improves Pfeiffer to 2-2 on the season while JWU drops to 1-1.
Pfeiffer will return to play on Friday, Sept. 12 when they travel to Lynchburg to take on Randolph at 5:00 p.m. and Roanoke at 7:00 p.m.
