HILTON HEAD, S.C. (March 13, 2026) — Pfeiffer swept all six singles courts and earned a 7–0 win over Gordon College on Friday afternoon at Chaplin Park, extending the Falcons' strong spring break performance.
Pfeiffer (8–2) clinched the doubles point with wins at the No. 1 and No. 3 positions.
Jayden Wellman and
Valter Albuquerque put the Falcons ahead with a 6–3 victory on the top court, while
Aissultan Mukhambetov and
Bogdan Stan followed with a 6–2 win at No. 3. Gordon (2–5) earned its lone doubles win at No. 2.
In singles, the Falcons dominated across the lineup. Albuquerque rallied for a 5–7, 6–4, 10–8 win at No. 1, and Mukhambetov delivered a straight-sets victory at No. 2, taking his match 6–4, 7–6 (10–5). Wellman added another point for Pfeiffer at No. 3 with a 6–1, 4–6, 10–8 result.
Stan cruised at No. 4 with a 6–0, 6–2 win, while
Hugo Kezen added a 6–0, 6–3 decision at No. 5.
Aden Burgoyne closed out the sweep at No. 6, winning 6–0, 6–1.
