HILTON HEAD, S.C. (March 13, 2026) — Pfeiffer stayed unbeaten with a 5–2 victory over Gordon College on Friday afternoon at Chaplin Park, sweeping all three doubles courts before taking four of six singles matches.
The Falcons (10–0) secured the doubles point behind a dominant showing from the top of the lineup.
Fanny Apostolou and
Haley Ingenito earned a 6–4 win at No. 1, while
Sydney Cohen and
Riley Isley rolled to a 6–0 win at No. 2.
Kristen Colie and
Gracie Spangler completed the sweep with a 6–0 victory at No. 3.
In singles, Ingenito cruised to a 6–0, 6–1 win at No. 2, and Isley added another straight-set victory at No. 4, winning 6–2, 6–0. Spangler clinched with a tight opening-set tiebreak before finishing off a 7–6 (7–2), 6–1 win at No. 5.
Claire Germain rounded out Pfeiffer's scoring with a 6–0, 6–0 sweep at No. 6.
Gordon (10–9) earned its two points at the top and third singles positions. Lucille Belval defeated Apostolou 6–0, 6–2 at No. 1, while Amanda Kim outlasted Cohen in a third-set super tiebreak at No. 3, winning 4–6, 6–4, 10–8.
