Rebecca Bruno

Rebecca Bruno has begun her 6th year as assistant athletic trainer. Throughout her career she has had a vast array of opportunities to work from high school as a teacher/athletic trainer, in the collegiate setting and into the professional level with the Charlotte Hounds Lacrosse Club. Her experience in physicians’ offices and physical therapy clinics has helped grow and mold her experiences and education for the finer details of Kinesiology.

The Millwood, New York native began her education at SUNY-Cortland in 2000, and finished her studies at Messiah College in Grantham, Pa. in 2005.

One of her favorite pieces of education was becoming a fascial stretch therapist through the Stretch to Win Institute in Phoenix Az. Along with being a first aid/CPR/AED instructor through the American Red Cross, Rebecca enjoys the rehabilitation aspect she gets to spend with her student-athletes daily.

Rebecca currently resides in Kannapolis NC with her husband Nicholas and daughter Mila. They are expecting their second daughter at the end of December.
