Brevard Posts 3-2 Men's Soccer Win Over Pfeiffer

Steven Lozano's goal in the 75th minute forced a 2-2 tie with Methodist University on Saturday night at Lefko Field.

How It Happened
Pfeiffer senior
Nico Soriano (Concord, N.C.) scored his second goal of the season to open the proceedings in the 25
th minute, putting Pfeiffer up 1-0 on an assist from
Luis Miranda (Wilmington, N.C.).
Brevard's Ryan Lynch then scored his first of the evening, an unassisted tally to knot the match at 1-1.
Ten minutes later, Lynch struck again on an unassisted goal to push the Tornado lead to 2-1 and would get assists from Luis Dos Santos and Filipe Tchoulikov at 47:02 to claim the 3-1 lead.
Pfeiffer's
Caleb Livengood (Thomasville, N.C.) then pulled the Falcons to 3-2 in the 74
th minute on an assist from
Nick Ruscetti (Wilmington, N.C.). Livengood's goal was his second of the season.
The Falcons would not be able to score the equalizer the remaining of the way, falling by a 3-2 score.
