Winston-Salem, N.C. - The Pfeiffer Men's Indoor Track & Field team opened the 2024-25 indoor season with a new school record and several top-10 all-time school marks on Sunday, Dec. 8 at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem
Sawyer Helms led the way, he finished in fourth place in the 3000 meters with converted time of 8:39.60, which is a new school record. He also finished seventh in the mile run with a converted time of 4:26.98, which only he has run a faster time in school history.

In the 4x800, a new school record was set, with
Andrew Huffman,
Carson Ritchie, Oliver Candela-Godinez and Ethan Byerly clocking a time of 8:17.96.

In addition,
Shevaun Daley was seventh in the 200m with a converted time of 22.38, which ranks second all time in school, history.
Pfeiffer will return to competition on Jan.26 at the Flat is Fast Invitational, also at the JDL Fast Track.
