Pfeiffer Men Finishes Second at USA South Indoor Track & Field Championship
Winston-Salem, N.C. (Feb. 28, 2025) – The Pfeiffer University men's indoor track and field team finished in second place in the USA South Indoor Track and Field Championships held on Friday at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C.
The Falcons came away with 11 podium finishes on the day while coming away with six individual event championships.
Shevaun Daley captured USA South titles in the 200m, 400m, and was also on the 4x400 relay team that captured first place.
Teammate
Cameron Ritchie won the 60m hurdle championship while teammate Jordan Jones surprised the field to win the long jump.
The 4x400m relay team closed the meet, winning with a time of 3:32.99, beating second-place Southern Virginia.
The Knights captured the team competition for the second straight season, scoring 165 points. Pfeiffer finished second with 131 team points.
